Due to the nature of loose counters, if a game is unplayable it may be returned for a refund of the purchase price. When set to 1, the president exchanges 1 card with the scum. The Cards The deck for this game can be created from three standard decks of playing cards. You could play with more than 10 but then each player doesnt get very many cards and the value of a good play is decreased. Boardgame counters are punched, unless noted. The winner of one hand becomes the Head Honcho for the next hand, and the loser becomes the Scum of the Earth.Major defects and/or missing components are noted separately.Example, EX+ is an item between Excellent and Near Mint condition. A "plus" sign indicates that an item is close to the next highest condition.When only one condition is listed, then the box and contents are in the same condition.
